Finalizing The Sale!
Expect the unexpected! As
one tries to create a smooth transaction with little or no hassles, at
times the unforeseeable may arise resulting in the delay of moving
forward. As solutions are apparent for some issues, unfortunately others
may result in a mutual agreement from the buyer(s) and seller(s) to part
from the contract and go about their separate ways.
It is never too late! Though frustration is brewing, the
majority of the problems can be resolved with rationalization in a calmly
manner of both parties involved. Something as little as an item to be left
in the home at the time of the sale, to the request of a second home
inspection and a repair that was mistakenly overlooked upon the final
walk-through – all are seen to be problematic but do not have to be.
Accept to part with an item of no value or sentimental attachment, agree
to a second home inspection as it is us were to believe that “two opinions
are better than one”, and if repairs are estimated to be costly, lower
your asking price making up the difference of the buyer(s) added
expenditures.
